Men's Territory.

My son who is already adult had the chance to enjoy things which were forbidden to me by being part of men’s territory. One day I was walking down the street window’s shopping when suddenly I came across a huge iridescent marbles package, I had never given marbles to my son because it seemed dangerous but he was now big enough to know he should not swallow them. I gave him the marbles and he took them to school, where he lost them playing with peers.

As these toys many things had been banned to me because I was not a boy to play with them, we educate girls to make another kind of things. We teach to dance and be beautiful, to behave with restraint and hide their feelings. To use the knowledge acquired in school not just to be a winner but to seek the welfare of their family. Many things in our life are fleeting but the values ​​instilled at home dwell in our souls every day of our lives shaping our behavior and our decisions with the whip of morality.

En El Territorio De Los Hombres.

Mi hijo que ya es adulto tuvo la oportunidad de disfrutar de cosas que a mí me fueron vedadas por estar en el territorio de los hombres. Ese día caminaba por la calle mirando vidrieras y de pronto me tope con un enorme paquete de canicas iridiscentes, nunca se las había regalado a mi hijo porque me parecía peligroso pero ya tenía el tamaño suficiente como para no intentar tragárselas. Le obsequie las canicas y el las llevo a la escuela, donde las perdió jugando con sus compañeros.

Como esas canicas muchas cosas me fueron prohibidas porque no era yo un niño para jugar con ellas, educamos a las niñas para hacer otra clase de cosas. Las enseñamos a bailar y a ser bellas, a comportarse con moderación y a no exteriorizar sus sentimientos. A utilizar el conocimiento adquirido en la escuela más que para ser una triunfadora para procurar el bien de los suyos. Muchas cosas en nuestra vida son efímeras pero los valores inculcados en el hogar moran en nuestras almas cada día de nuestras vidas marcando nuestra conducta y nuestras decisiones con el látigo de la moral.

Hoy, cuando de este lado del mundo la virginidad es algo que nos importa poco y a no ser que seamos miembro fiel de una iglesia cristiana lo que queremos en la cama es una experta y no una torpe virgencita del otro lado del mundo todavía le decimos a las niñas que la virginidad es un tesoro que solo entregara el día en que se case.

Muchas mujeres de este lado del mundo vivieron en la humillación y el oprobio porque un torpe hombre jugó con sus sentimientos antes de que nosotras las mujeres empezáramos a educar a nuestros hijos para valorar la mujer sin tener en cuenta su himen. Muchas mujeres del otro lado del mundo aun hoy se quedan solteras porque perdieron el himen antes del día de la boda. Se las educa para ocultarse y no hacer pecar a los hombres. Para ser ellas culpables cuando las ataca un hombre, quien pierde el himen pierde todas sus oportunidades en la vida.

Violar a una mujer es siempre un acto de cobardía pero de aquel lado del mundo quien viola a una mujer la deja en peor condición que si la hubiera asesinado. 
Si me pregunto porque de aquel lado del mundo se enseña a la mujer a ocultar su apariencia en lugar de educar al hombre para valorar y respetar la mujer. También me pregunto porque si sabemos que los hombres de armas violan todas las normas cada vez que el estado de derecho se suspende enviamos soldados al otro lado del mundo sin tener en cuenta su condición moral.

Es vergonzoso saber que llegan a su destino y en la primera oportunidad que se presenta violentan las reglas y mancillan el pueblo que fueron a proteger. A la par que arrastran el honor de las jóvenes violadas arrastran el de sus propias madres que los educaron para valorar, respetar y admirar a la mujer; incluso si ella anda desnuda en las calles. Mancillan además el honor de su patria que los eligió para proteger el estado de derecho en otra nación y exponen a su país a sufrir actos de terrorismo en represalia por la conducta de ellos.

Como si esto fuera poco le han arrebatado a las jóvenes del país al que fueron enviados toda posibilidad en la vida. El trauma de la violación es tan difícil de superar que algunas víctimas nunca se recuperan de ella. Estas jóvenes además enfrentaran la sociedad en crecieron desde la desventaja viendo sus esperanzas desvanecerse ante sus ojos porque alguien las coloco al final de la fila sin contar con la opinión de ellas.

Como madre y como mujer que creció de este lado del mundo cuando todavía se señalaba con el dedo a la mujer que perdió la virginidad antes de tiempo y vio el milagro del cambio ocurrir ante sus ojos. Y desde la certeza que las oportunidades perdidas solo se recuperan con dinero. Que el himen puede ser transparente cuando la dama es rica y que la desvirgada dama rica puede tener al príncipe azul que para la virgen pobre no será más que un sueño digo a las jóvenes violadas por las tropas americanas.

Exijan a su país colocarlas en primer lugar a la hora de tomar decisiones. Que la acción de su gobierno sea que obtengan para Uds. el resarcimiento que no borrara el recuerdo pero enjugara las lágrimas y las devolverá al primer lugar de la fila en condición ventajosa.
