If You Could Live Again; What Would You Change?

If you could live again beyond this life; what would you do different from what you did this time? Can you imagine what it would be like to have opportunity to repeat and make amendments that allow us to achieve goals we had to lay down because we did things which prevented us from achieving our dreams?

When I think of that possibility I tell myself I do not want to even think of attempting such a thing. Back to being a child, with everyone giving me orders and denying me permits does not excite me even a bit. In addition, what I experienced made me what I am. I feel satisfied with myself; I am just what I want to be. It was not easy to get to this point. I suffered, cried, burned myself with anger, suffered tremendous misfortunes and made ​​many mistakes. All these events turned ​​me into someone better, strengthened my character but also my soul. Today my soul is the height I want and I have stripped me of everything that I did not like in me. What I dreamed and not achieved was only a dream; other achievements I got that satisfied enough to have no interest in what I left behind.

Suffice it to say that he who repeats runs risk of repeating his mistakes and therefore misfortunes caused by the errors he committed. It may also happen that this time we get worse than before. Analyze this a bit with me, in the book of Genesis says that in the beginning there was no land or anything and everything was in chaos and the large and small minds swayed in the emptiness of nothing. God the Father and the Son organized these intelligences according to degrees of glory or light and power; they devised a plan for man to exist so that they could be tested in the flesh but where did these intelligences come from? Why were they different in glory and power? How did God get authority over them? God did not create them, just organized. If we call cycle to the period that covers the seven dispensations that must elapse before final judgment so that everyone has opportunity to live in the flesh can thus infer they had lived were tested and were there in the place they became creditors to in that life before and God had gained His authority as their God and guidance in that other life.

Having been there and have opportunity to repeat implies they overcame that state and yet many of them got lost in this world; will not have opportunity to be there the next time we try, if a new test occurs. Do you know why got they lost? They started from scratch, unable to remember what had happened before. It was like traveling through a dense forest without compass or knowledge of any navigation method. Facing the weaknesses of their own flesh again; along with adversities of life without any comparison point. Of course, they were enthusiastic about the idea. Made promises they would fulfill once they met each other in this world. They were convinced they would achieve it this time but once their memory was erased instinct is all they had to make it. Tricky task that of theirs or should I say ours?

There is another point in God’s plan that is so creepy; Millennium. Many Christians in world speak of this period as if it is such an opportunity to make amends that having made mistakes in this life is just a trifle but friends what will last a thousand years is Millennium, not our life. Bible says that every man during the millennium will live a hundred years and will be transferred. About if we will remember this life it doesn’t say anything, we are who are confident that we will because that is the time to amend all what we have missed and crown goals have not achieved. Must be expected that we will remember our facts to be able to improve on something our spiritual situation; especially because this time we will not be born; will be resurrected; will come back to life in this body just as we have been at death. Then we will be perfected, this means that our bodies regain all vigor of youth without losing the gray of hair will disappear our physical flaws, recover the parts of our body that we lost, will recover absolute health, have opportunity to have children if we did not have them in this life and; if merit salvation by completing these hundred years we will be immortalized and brought to our new home or otherwise deprived of the body and returned to outer darkness where Satan can exercise dominion over us. It is clear that at that time we will continue subject to temptations of the flesh since will still be being tested and will be our deeds what will release Satan again. That is, if God delivers him and we are living worthily he has no place to go, will be us who will let him get back into this world. Will fail again; even with full memory and clear conscience will fail.

If you really want to amend parts of your life, congratulations! You’ll get that chance in Millennium. Get ready for it. Earn acquire the skills you need for when the day to try again comes but cares for the remainder of your life here. Focus on present because past already happened and you cannot change it and future is still to come and; it depends on what you do today.

It is today what should really take our time.

 

¿Si Pudieras Volver A Vivir Tu Vida Que Harías?

Si pudieras volver a vivir allende esta vida ¿Qué harías diferente a lo que hiciste esta vez? ¿Puedes imaginar lo que sería tener la oportunidad de repetir y hacer enmiendas que nos permitan alcanzar las metas que tuvimos que deponer porque hicimos cosas que nos impidieron lograr eso que soñábamos?

Cuando yo pienso en esa posibilidad me digo a mi misma que no quiero ni siquiera pensar en intentar semejante cosa. Volver a ser niña, con todo el mundo dándome órdenes y negándome permisos no me entusiasma ni siquiera un poquito. Además, lo que viví me convirtió en el adulto que soy. Me siento satisfecha con el ser humano que soy, soy justo lo que yo quiero ser. No fue fácil llegar hasta aquí. Sufrí, llore, ardí en ira, padecí desgracias tremendas y cometí muchos errores. Todos estos eventos me convirtieron en alguien mejor, fortalecieron mi carácter pero también mi alma. Hoy soy de la estatura que deseo y me he despojado de todo aquello que no me agradaba en mí. Lo que soñé y no logre fue solo un sueño; otros logros obtuve que me satisfacen lo suficiente como para no tener interés en aquello que deje atrás.

De más esta decir que quien repite corre el riesgo de repetir sus errores y con ellos las desdichas que esos errores le aportaron. Puede también ocurrir que esta vez nos vaya peor que antes. Fíjate bien, en el libro de génesis dice que en el principio no había tierra ni nada y todo era en caos y las inteligencias grandes y pequeñas se mecían en la vacuidad de la nada. Dios el Padre y el Hijo organizaron esas inteligencias por grados de gloria o luz y poder y; trazaron un plan para que el hombre existiese y pudiéramos ser probados en la carne pero ¿de dónde venían esas inteligencias? ¿Porque eran diferentes en gloria y poder? ¿Cómo obtuvo Dios autoridad sobre ellos? Dios no las creo, solo las organizo. Si llamamos ciclo al periodo que abarca las siete dispensaciones que deben transcurrir antes del juicio final para que todos tengamos la oportunidad de vivir en la carne podemos entonces inferir que vivieron fueron juzgados y, estaban allí en el lugar del que se hicieron acreedores en esa vida anterior y Dios había ganado la autoridad como su Dios y su guía en esa otra vida.

Haber estado allí y tener la oportunidad de repetir implica que ellos superaron ese estado y sin embargo muchos de ellos se perdieron en este mundo; no tendrán la oportunidad de estar allí la próxima vez que se nos pruebe, si es que ocurre una nueva prueba ¿Sabes porque se perdieron? Empezaron de cero, sin poder recordar lo que les había ocurrido antes. Fue como viajar por una densa selva sin brújula ni conocimiento de método de navegación alguno. Enfrentando de nuevo las debilidades de su propia carne y las adversidades de la vida sin punto de comparación. Claro que ellos estaban entusiasmados con la idea. Se hicieron promesas cumplirían cuando se encontraran el uno al otro en este mundo. Estaban convencidos de que lo lograrían pero una vez borrada su memoria el instinto es todo lo que les quedo para lograrlo. Dura empresa la suya o mejor dicho la nuestra.

Hay otro momento en el plan de Dios que resulta así de espeluznante; El Milenio Muchos cristianos en este mundo hablan de ese periodo como si fuera una oportunidad tal de enmendar nuestros errores que equivocarnos en esta vida resulta una nimiedad pero amigos lo que durara mil años es el milenio, no nuestra vida. La biblia dice que durante el milenio todo hombre vivirá cien años y será trasladado. Acerca de si recordaremos esta vida nada dice, somos nosotros los que estamos seguros de que así será porque ese es el momento de enmendar todo aquello en lo que hayamos fallado y coronar las metas que no hayamos logrado. Es de esperar que recordemos nuestros hechos y podamos mejorar en algo nuestra situación espiritual. Sobre todo porque esta vez no naceremos sino que resucitaremos. Volveremos a la vida en este mismo cuerpo tal y como hayamos sido al momento de morir. Entonces seremos perfeccionados, esto significa que nuestros cuerpos recuperaran el vigor de la juventud sin perder las canas, desaparecerán nuestros defectos físicos, recuperaremos las partes de nuestro cuerpo que hayamos perdido, recobraremos la absoluta salud, tendremos la oportunidad de tener hijos si no los tuvimos en esta vida y; si merecemos la salvación al completar esos cien años seremos inmortalizados y trasladados a nuestra nueva morada o en caso contrario despojados del cuerpo y regresados a las tinieblas de afuera en donde Satanás podrá ejercer dominio sobre nosotros. Es claro que en esa época seguiremos sujetos a las tentaciones de la carne puesto que aun estaremos siendo probados y serán nuestros hechos los que liberen a Satanás nuevamente. Esto es, si Dios lo libera y nosotros estamos viviendo dignamente él no tiene a donde ir, seremos nosotros los que le permitiremos entrar nuevamente en este mundo. Fallaremos aun con memoria completa y conciencia clara.

Si realmente quieres enmendar partes de tu vida, te felicito; tendrás esa oportunidad en el milenio. Prepárate para ello. Gana las habilidades que necesitas adquirir para cuando llegue el día de volver a intentarlo pero cuida lo que queda de tu vida aquí. Céntrate en el presente porque el pasado ya paso y no lo puedes modificar y el futuro está por venir y depende de lo que haces hoy.

Es el hoy lo que realmente debe ocupar nuestro tiempo.

Me, Prodigal Son?

Almost everyone in this world know parable of prodigal son but rarely see ourselves in it because it relates to a quarrelsome son who has squandered his inheritance. That really doesn’t have to do with us but there are many circumstances in which we become like prodigal son. How often receive a large sum of money from our parents and spend recklessly disregarding that most mortals have to work long time to build that kind of money. How often going in search of our dream we drag our kin toward bankruptcy. How many times we crashed with failure dragging with us the possibilities of our family and our associates! Wastage and failure are very similar because bankruptcy is always the same regardless of how we come to it.

There is a common deficiency in all who fall into bankruptcy; moderation and also is a common mistake in all of them; spending on superfluous even though we know we should not. Many adults retain children's attitudes as far as to money is concerned until a strong economic blow makes us change our attitude. Sometimes that punch comes too late for us to achieve through it.

When we speak of moderation generally define it as ability to be restrained on spending or acting. Its correct meaning goes far beyond that. Who is moderate is disciplined. Moderate have dreams he expects to achieve like all mortals, but plans his triumph. Make a list of what is required to achieve his goal and collects everything needed starting with money before running towards goal. If he needs your help; moderate tells you his plans and asks you to embark with him in the boat of his dreams. He never crawl us towards them.

When moderate fails impact is slight and due to how hard he has worked on planning shame is deep. Dreamer instead runs home without a second thought because he knows he will be greeted with the same love that prodigal son was received. If you ask me which one is better I would say moderate is more likely to achieve the goal since he has a tool box filled with everything needed but the feeling of one who fails in these conditions is so deep it is hard to beat. There must be a half way between the two, that who finds it can succeed or fail without involving his self-esteem because he knows did his best to achieve it. Both success and failure belong to him entirely and can run home to celebrate or mourn; there is nothing to be ashamed on it.

Dreaming is part of life; dream whatever you want but plan a little. Dreams only bring joy when they are reached.

 

 

El Hijo Prodigo

Casi todos en este mundo conocemos la parábola del hijo prodigo pero pocas veces nos identificamos con el puesto que se refiere a un hijo pendenciero que ha dilapidado su propia herencia. Eso no tiene realmente que ver con nosotros pero hay muchas circunstancias en las que llegamos a ser como el hijo prodigo. Cuantas veces recibimos una buena suma de dinero de nuestros padres y la gastamos irresponsablemente sin tener en cuenta que la mayoría de los mortales tienen que trabajar largo tiempo para acumular esa cantidad de dinero. Cuantas veces persiguiendo nuestro sueño arrastramos a los nuestros hacia la banca rota. Cuantas veces nos estrellamos con el fracaso llevándonos con nosotros las posibilidades de nuestra familia y nuestros socios! El despilfarro y el fracaso se parecen porque la banca rota siempre es la misma independientemente de cómo hayamos llegado a ella.

 

Hay una carencia común en todos los que caen en la banca rota; la moderación y hay una error común también en todos ellos el gastar en lo superfluo aun cuando sabemos que no debemos hacerlo. Muchos adultos conservamos actitudes infantiles en lo que al dinero se refiere hasta que un fuerte golpe económico nos hace entrar en razón. A veces ese golpe nos llega demasiado tarde como para que logremos superarlo.

Cuando hablamos de moderación generalmente la definimos como la habilidad de ser comedido al gastar o al actuar. Su correcta acepción va mucho más allá de eso. Quien es moderado es previsivo. El moderado tiene sueños que espera alcanzar como todos los mortales, pero el planifica su triunfo. Elabora una lista de lo que se requiere para lograr su meta y acumula todo aquello que necesita empezando por el dinero antes de correr hacia la meta. Si el moderado necesita de ti te cuenta sus planes y te pide te embarques con él en el bote de sus sueños no te arrastra hacia ellos.

Cuando el moderado fracasa el impacto es leve y dado que trabajo arduamente en la planificación la vergüenza es profunda. El soñador en cambio corre a casa sin pensarlo dos veces porque sabe que será recibido con el mismo amor que fue recibido el hijo prodigo. Si me preguntas cual de los dos es mejor yo diría que el moderado tiene mayores posibilidades de lograr la meta puesto que tiene la caja de herramientas repleta con todo lo necesario pero el sentimiento que embarga a alguien que fracasa en esas condiciones es tan profundo que es difícil de superar. Debe haber un punto intermedio entre los dos, quien lo halla pueden triunfar a fracasar sin que ello involucre su autoestima puesto que sabe bien que dio lo mejor de sí para lograrlo. Ambos, triunfo y fracaso le pertenecen por entero y puede correr a casa a celebrar o a llorar, no hay nada de qué avergonzarse en ello.

Los sueños son parte de la vida. Sueña cuanto quieras pero planifica un poco. Los sueños solo se disfrutan cuando se los alcanza.  

What's An Apostate?

Although apostate is term that can be applied to members of any faith are Christians who use it more often and generally call so anyone who stops attending church or criticize our actions, probably do so because one of its synonyms is renegade but its meaning is much deeper than that. Here renege means stop believing in the God we had hitherto worshiped. Who apostate to a church becomes its enemy and persecutor it is not mere inactivity. Apostate critics doctrine and distort it to cause others to stop believing too. That is not even closed to criticize improper conduct of a leader or misapplication of doctrine.

There is a kind of apostate more dangerous than he who departs from church. It is he who continues to assist and uses his position in church to make others lose path and corrupting their lives. That silent enemy that says you're young and do not need to serve God in a hundred percent. You can sin a little; will have long time to fix them later. Church has no official position on this so you can do it. Your sins are incumbent only your husband can fail because he will forgive. That who knows you are failing and helps you to blame others instead of encouraging you to do right. Who is worshiping other gods and seduces you to do it with him. Who uses his position as teacher to misrepresent doctrine to make you reduce your moral values.

If you think this doesn’t happen in your church let me tell you a few episodes I saw on mine:

In a seminary class I asked the kids to consult with their parents about the quantum percent they should be serving God. Next day one of the girls told me that her father said it was enough with a sixty-five percent because she was young and would have plenty of time to be a good daughter of God when mature.

A well-known priest told my son once that church had never issued a statement stating an official position on the intake of substances like dark sodas and artificial tea. He said it so many times and to so many members that soon we saw dark refreshments served even at chapel’s meetings.

As president of the organization of adult women I listened to the husband of a sister who had problems with other members for gossiping that he as her husband was the one who would collect her beyond veil so her sins only concerned him. Indeed this man was the cause of the problem. Not only brought gossip home but suggested his wife who to call to tell. I want to pause here briefly because I've heard this many times and who says it probably is not even aware that has attributed to himself quality of a god since only God can grant forgiveness. In addition, as I had said before, there is no doctrine book that says husbands or fathers collect their kin beyond veil. In the book of Genesis, when Israel before dying blesses his children, we find it clear what the prerogative of each tribe is. It is Judah who holds primogenital right who has such power and right. When a member who has stopped attending complains of what he saw in church; far from apostasy complaints say the problem affecting the unit of attendance, guides us about what we should do to make him feel at ease again.

If we had no right to be critical to our beliefs we would be like puppets in the hands of the puppeteer.

 

¿Que Es Un Apostata?
 

Aun cuando el termino apostata se puede aplicar a los miembros de cualquier credo somos los cristianos los que lo utilizamos con más frecuencia y generalmente llamamos apostata a cualquiera que deja de asistir a la iglesia o critica nuestros actos, probablemente porque uno de sus sinónimos es renegado pero su significado es mucho más profundo que eso. Aquí renegar significa dejar de creer en el dios que hasta ese momento se había adorado. El que apostata de una iglesia se vuelve enemigo y perseguidor de ella, no es mera inactividad. El apostata crítica la doctrina y la tergiversa para provocar que otros dejen de creer también. Eso no se parece en nada a criticar la conducta impropia de un líder o la mala aplicación de la doctrina.

Hay una clase de apostata más peligrosa que el que se aparta de la iglesia. Es el que continúa asistiendo y utiliza su posición en la iglesia para perder a otros y corromper sus vidas. Ese enemigo silente que te dice eres joven y no necesitas servir a Dios en el cien por ciento. Puedes cometer unos pecaditos, tendrás largo tiempo para enmendarlos después. La iglesia no tiene una posición oficial con respecto a esto así que puedes hacerlo. Tus pecados solo le competen a tu marido, puedes fallar porque él te va a perdonar. Ese que sabe que estas fallando y te ayuda a inculpar a otras personas en lugar de instarte a hacer lo justo. Ese que practica ritos de adoración a otros dioses y te seduce para que los practiques con él. Ese que desde su posición de maestro tergiversa la doctrina para conseguir que tus valores morales cambien.

Si creen que esto no pasa en su iglesia permítanme contarles algunos episodios que vi en la mía:

Como maestra de seminario pedí en una clase a los jóvenes que consultaran con sus padres acerca de al cuanto por ciento debían servirle a Dios. Al día siguiente una de las jóvenes me dijo que su papa le dijo que con un sesenta y cinco por ciento era suficiente porque ella era joven y tendría tiempo de ser mejor hija de Dios cuando madurara.

Un sumo sacerdote muy conocido le dijo una vez a mi hijo que la iglesia no había emitido jamás un comunicado manifestando una posición oficial con respecto a la ingesta de substancias como los refrescos oscuros y los refrescos de te artificial. Lo dijo tantas veces y a tantos miembros que pronto vimos como los refrescos oscuros se servían incluso en reuniones en la capilla.

Como presidenta de la organización de las mujeres adultas, escuche al marido de una hermana que tenía problemas con otros miembros por chismosa que quien recoge allende el velo es el marido de manera que sus pecados solo le conciernen a él. De hecho este hombre era la causa del problema. No solo llevaba el chisme a su casa sino que le sugería a su esposa a quien llamar para contárselo. Quiero detenerme aquí brevemente porque he oído esto muchas veces y probablemente quien lo dice ni siquiera se percata de que se ha atribuido a sí mismo la cualidad de un dios puesto que el perdón solo lo concede Dios. Además, lo he dicho antes, no existe ningún libro de doctrina que diga que el marido o el padre efectúan el recogimiento allende el velo. En el libro de Génesis, cuando antes de morir Israel bendice a sus hijos, queda claro cuál es la potestad de cada tribu. Es Judá, el primogénito, quien tiene ese poder y ese derecho. Nadie más está en capacidad de cruzar las tinieblas en busca de un alma. Quien confunde a su propia esposa para hacerla caer la prepara perderse no solo en esta vida sino en la eternidad.

Si bien es cierto que criticar es inapropiado, también es cierto que tenemos derecho a nuestra propia opinión y los principios cristianos dicen que no estamos en la obligación de seguir a un líder injusto o insensato. Cuando un miembro que ha dejado de asistir se queja de lo que vio en la iglesia; lejos de ser apostata sus quejas dicen el mal que padece la unidad a la que asiste, nos orienta acerca de que debemos hacer para que se sienta a gusto al volver.

Si no tuviéramos derecho a ser críticos en nuestros principios seriamos como títeres en manos del marionetero.
