When we talk about spiritual endowments it’s necessary
to clarify first what an endowment is. As its name implies it is a gift granted
by God, a skill we are born with. Don’t need to do anything to get it, we just
have it and there is no way we lose it.
God’s endowments have much to do with the kind of angel
we are, with the kind of work we did in heaven and absolutely nothing to do
with our earthly ambitions. It is possible that one thing comes to mix with the
other as when choosing a career we usually do it from our natural abilities
because what we are good for will facilitate us the path to success but the
reality is that the talents of God we were granted with were given to fulfill
certain spiritual work, not earthly.
Some people think they can develop an endowment they
do not have. This is not possible, we can develop ability, learn an art or job and
earn proficiency but an endowment is a gift. We don’t develop it, we qualify
for it. To obtain it we can ask God in prayer and if we really need that gift
to reach our spiritual work He will give us what we need. We must have this
clear.
Many people have thought that possessing certain endowment
will make them look like someone better than what they really are and have
tried to win it only to make others place them in their minds in a higher
position that what they dwell in. This happens a lot in Christian churches. Sometimes
this kind of person ends up victimizing herself while trying to get the
attention of others. One of the endowments with which this occurs most frequently
is the gift of languages.
Long ago, I was walking across a square garden in
which some kids of certain Christian church were trying to preach the gospel.
To get the attention of people one of the kids tried to speak in languages and
fell prey to deceitful spirits. Soon the young man begun speaking backwards while
a white foam came out of his mouth. Although this is a terrible example of what
can happen when we try to play with God’s endowments serves to clarify that the
Lord gave us all the gifts we would need to achieve our own role before sending
us into this world, Came in to perform a job bringing our own toolbox. We do
not need more and if life puts us in such a situation we need a different skill
to which we possess will be granted to us even without the asking.
I said it is common to happen with the gift of languages
because this is very little understood by people. We often believe it means to speak
in the language of the angels, we also believe we will pronounce a speech that
will be understood only by God. The reality is that the gift of languages is a
natural ability to understand and even speak any language without having
studied it. We can say that has to do with angels because when we lived beyond
this world saw what happens here and we could understand every mortals on earth
and If needed we could communicate with them.
That's the way it works this endowment. Our
understanding is opened up to that point where we understand the words of each
and every mortal on earth and we can make ourselves understood by them. The
other method is to learn other languages, not to invoke them. Just as this gift
is only manifested when necessary and only on that which needs it happens with
all of God’s endowments. They will manifest in us if and only if necessary.
Each one of us received at least one endowment. Do you

Dones De Dios.
Cuando hablamos de dones
espirituales es necesario aclarar primero que es un don. Como su nombre lo
indica un don es un regalo de Dios, una habilidad con la que nacemos. No
necesitamos hacer nada para obtenerlo simplemente lo tenemos y no hay manera de
que lo perdamos.
Los dones de Dios tienen
mucho que ver con el ángel que somos, con la clase de labor que realizamos en
los cielos y absolutamente nada que ver con nuestras ambiciones terrenales. Es
posible que una cosa se llegue a mezclar con la otra puesto que al elegir una
carrera lo hacemos generalmente desde nuestras habilidades naturales porque
aquello en lo que somos buenos nos facilitara el camino hacia el éxito pero la
realidad es que los dones de Dios nos fueron dados para cumplir ciertas labores
espirituales, no terrenales.
Hay quien piensa que puede
desarrollar en sí mismo un don que no tiene. Esto no es posible; podemos
desarrollar una habilidad, aprender un arte u oficio y ganar destreza en el
pero un don es un regalo. No lo desarrollamos, nos hacemos merecedores de él.
Para obtenerlo pedimos a Dios en oración y si es que nosotros realmente
necesitamos ese don para alcanzar nuestras labores espirituales El nos lo
concederá. Es necesario tener esto claro.
Muchas personas han creído
que poseer cierto don les hará lucir como alguien mejor que lo que ellos
realmente son y han intentado ganarlo solo para que otros los sitúen, en sus
mentes, en una posición más elevada que la que ocupan. Esto ocurre mucho en las
iglesias cristianas; en ocasiones esta clase de persona termina por convertirse
en victima de si mismo tratando de obtener la atención de los demás. Uno de los
dones con los que esto ocurre más frecuentemente es el don de lenguas.
Pasaba en una ocasión
frente a una plaza en la que ciertos jóvenes de cierta iglesia cristiana intentaban
predicar el evangelio. Para atraer la atención de la gente, uno de los jóvenes
intento hablar en lenguas y cayó presa de espíritus engañadores. Pronto el
joven comenzó es hablar al revés y una espuma blanca salía de su boca. Aun
cuando este es un ejemplo terrible de lo que puede ocurrir al que intenta jugar
con los dones de Dios sirve para aclarar que el Señor nos concedió todos los
dones que serian necesarios para alcanzar nuestro propio cometido antes de
enviarnos a este mundo, salimos a realizar un trabajo llevando con nosotros
nuestra propia caja de herramientas. No necesitamos más y si la vida nos coloca
en tal situación que necesitemos una habilidad diferente a las que poseemos nos
será concedida incluso sin que la pidamos.
Decía que es frecuente que
esto ocurra con el don de lenguas porque este es muy poco entendido por la
gente. A menudo creemos que se trata de hablar en la lengua de los ángeles,
creemos también que pronunciaremos un discurso que solo será entendido por
Dios. La realidad es que el don de lenguas es una habilidad natural para
entender cualquier idioma e incluso hablarlo sin haberlo estudiado. Podemos
decir que tiene que ver con los ángeles porque cuando morábamos allende este
mundo veíamos lo que ocurre aquí y podíamos entender a todos los mortales de la
tierra. Si era preciso podíamos comunicarnos con ellos.
Esa es la manera en que
funciona este don. Nuestro entendimiento se abre hasta ese punto en el que
comprendemos las palabras de todos los mortales de la tierra y podemos hacernos
entender por ellos. El otro método es aprender otros idiomas, no invocarlos.
Así como este don solo se manifiesta cuando es necesario y solo en aquel que lo
necesita ocurre con todos los dones de Dios. Se manifestaran en nosotros sí y
solo si es preciso.
