Have I Sin?

You wanted to know if you commit sin in what you do and I'll try to be very clear within the necessary brevity. There are several kinds of sin: omission sins consisting in not doing what we have to do, minor sins in which we affect only ourselves and do not generate large consequences, major sins committed when we affect other people these are of great scope, unforgivable sins are the ones that not allow you to complete the process provided for the return and therefore cannot achieve forgiveness even if you repent, deadly sins which are the cause of all others and transgressions that involve the commission of a sin to obey a higher law.

 

The best known example of transgression is in Adam’s and Eve’s pecad. They had to leave Eden’s garden to lose their state of innocence and have children and be proved. Eve disobeyed aware of that and asked Adam to join her in punishment, he agreed with her and shared sin and punishment, then God's plan was fulfilled by their disobedience.

 

Deadly sins are seven: pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, anger and sloth. If you analyze them you will find they engender all other sins. Laziness leads to omission. Anger leads even murder. Gluttony leads not only to destroy the body which is the temple of our immortal soul but what we over eat could feed the homeless. Envy leads in many directions but above all to gossip which is the gravest of unforgivable sins. Lust draws us away from chastity and may lead to pervert others. Greed takes us away from love and peace of mind and ultimately pride gives away with the meekness that is essential to receive God's guidance.

 

As for the rest you only have to analyze them for yourself if with your actions you have only damaged yourself and no one else is affected then it is a minor sin you can resolve in pray directly between you and God. You will only attend to priest if you cannot get over yourself. The major sins instead affect other people; some can be resolved between that person, God and you. Others will require assistance for here counts not only the willingness of others but the nature of the sin. A priest who teaches false doctrine from his position making others lose their path cannot achieve forgiveness without going through excommunication. Someone who has violated chastity’s law with his partner requires his participation for forgiveness, if not will be excommunicated. It is important to know that who perverts others will be responsible for the sins that person will commit in greater degree than the sinner.

 

Among the major sins are unforgivable sins, named so because you cannot complete the process of repentance. This process has several stages: Weigh or repentance, confession, abandonment of sin, restitution, probation and ultimately forgiveness.  In other words; first we feel ashamed for what we did, then we confess to ourselves before God and if we affected others before the priest and the people we had damage. In the process we have to stop sinning, sometimes by ourselves and others led by priest. After that, comes the refund which is the act of compensating our victims. When it comes to theft or damage to property of others we quantify the damage, the result is multiplied by four and added to itself with as much as you can provide over the amount quantified as outcome to satisfy the victim. If the victim is satisfied then enter a probationary period which is as long as it takes your victims to forgive you and if you manage that forgiveness then you can access God’s forgiveness. Priest will always be with you and help you know if you have succeeded.

 

When that process gets broken we say it is an unforgivable sin, examples of it are: gossip because you cannot restore the tarnished honor, seduction and rape because you cannot restore purity of soul neither chastity, murder because you cannot revive the dead and so on. I should clarify that not all killing is murder before God. We can kill in self defense, in defense of our loved ones, to protect the life of a stranger in distress or in defense of the homeland. Sin is shedding innocent blood; blood of those who cause no harm as a baby in his mother’s womb. 

 

Finally I must say; meditate in your heart. Going around repeating as an eco the gossips we heard or inventing our owns is not a joke nor a game. Game is when all the people involved are having fun but when someone suffers while you are laughing it is sadism which is as well as morbid a psychiatric illness and should be treated as well as punished. That sharp and poisonous tongue you wield against others will destroy yourself sooner than you think. The gossiper always ends boiled in his own poison.

 

As human beings we live by and for honor. Who robs other that precious gift leaves them worse off than if they were killed. Human beings act in terms of honor. For honor we pay debts that are not listed in any document, for honor we marry the girl that got pregnant because she agreed to live together without being married to us, for honor we fight battles   that are  not really ours. We are creatures of honor and who lacks it loses our respect.

 

Who will sell me credit if is convinced I am dishonest?, who will marry me thinking I'm immoral?, who will hire me if thinks I'm inept?, who will believe my teaching if have been told that I lack knowledge and culture?, who will open me the doors of his home thinking I'm indecent?, so who is going to honor me before the world if I have no honor? And being in that condition wouldn’t it be better if I had died?

 

There is a scripture in the bible that says:

 

“These six things doth the LORD hate; yea seven are an abomination unto him: a proud look, a lyin tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.” (Proverbs 6: 16-19)

 

Note that gossip has been raised in four different ways for this is the worst sin that can be committed. Listening to gossiper is as sinful as spreading it and cause the same damage to victims. Besides; the one brought you the story will take from your home something to decorate your honor unto others too. He will destroy you with the same wickedness had to others, close to him  the doors of your heart with so many locks as the doors of your home. Do not waste your time trying to reform him. People only change when they want it within their own hearts and their company will be poison to your soul. As it is said, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Escape before it's late.

 

 

 

¿He Pecado?

 

Querías saber si pecas en lo que haces y voy a tratar de ser muy clara dentro de la brevedad necesaria. Existen varias formas de pecado; los de omisión que consisten en dejar de hacer aquello que debemos hacer, los menores que nos afectan solo a nosotros mismos y no engendran grandes consecuencias, los mayores que afectan a otras personas y son de grave alcance, los imperdonables que no te permiten completar el proceso estipulado para la restitución y por tanto no se puede alcanzar el perdón aunque te arrepientas, los pecados capitales que son la causa de todos los demás y las transgresiones que consisten en la comisión de un pecado para poder obedecer una ley mayor.

El ejemplo más conocido de transgresión es el de Adán y Eva. Para que ellos salieran de su estado de inocencia y fueran probados y para que engendraran hijos tenían que salir del edén. Eva desobedeció consciente de eso y pidió a Adán que la acompañara en su castigo, el acepto el pecado y partió con ella, luego el plan de Dios se cumplió gracias a su desobediencia.

Los pecados capitales son siete; La soberbia, la avaricia, la lujuria, la envidia, la gula, la ira y la pereza. Si los analizas veras que todos engendran pecados mayores. La pereza conduce a la omisión. La ira incluso al homicidio. La gula no solo nos lleva a destruir el cuerpo que es templo de nuestra alma inmortal sino que lo que comemos de más podría servir para alimentar a los desamparados. La envidia conduce en muchas direcciones pero sobre todo al chisme que el más grave de los pecados sin perdón. La lujuria nos arrastra lejos de la castidad y puede conducirnos a pervertir a otras personas. La avaricia nos aleja de la caridad y también de la paz de espíritu y finalmente la soberbia nos arrebata la mansedumbre que es indispensable para recibir la guía de Dios.

En cuanto a los demás solo tienes que analizarlo por ti mismo si con tus actos te has dañado solo a ti mismo y no afectas a nadie mas entonces es un pecado menor que se resuelve en oración directamente entre Dios y tú. Solo recurrirás al sacerdote si no logras superarlo por ti mismo. Los pecados mayores en cambio afectan a otras personas, algunos pueden ser resueltos entre esa persona, Dios y tú. Otros requerirán de ayuda pues aquí cuenta no solo la disposición de los otros sino la naturaleza del pecado. Un sacerdote que enseña falsa doctrina y desde su posición pierde a otros no puede alcanzar el perdón sin pasar por la excomunión. Una persona que ha violado la ley de castidad con su pareja requiere del concurso de ella para alcanzar el perdón, si no lo tiene será excomulgada. Es importante que sepas que aquel que pervierte a otros será responsable de los pecados que esa persona cometa en mayor grado que el pecador.

Dentro de los pecados mayores se encuentran los pecados sin perdón, llamados así porque no puedes completar el proceso de arrepentimiento. Este proceso tiene varias etapas: Pesar o arrepentimiento, confesión, abandono del pecado, restitución, probación y finalmente el perdón. Es decir primero nos sentimos avergonzados de lo que hicimos, lo confesamos ante nosotros mismos, ante Dios y si afectamos a otros ante el sacerdote y las personas a las que dañamos. Luego dejamos de pecar unas veces por nosotros mismos y otras guiados por el sacerdote. Entonces viene la restitución que es el acto de resarcir a nuestras victimas. Cuando se trata de robo o daños a la propiedad de otros se cuantifica el daño, se multiplica por cuatro, se le añade su propia cantidad al resultado y aun se le añade tanto como puedas aportar para satisfacer a la víctima, si la víctima es satisfecha entonces entras en un periodo de probación que resulta tan largo como te tome alcanzar el perdón de tus victimas y si logras ese perdón puedes acceder al perdón de Dios, el sacerdote estará contigo siempre y te ayudara a saber si lo has logrado.

Cuando ese proceso se rompe decimos que es un pecado sin perdón, ejemplo de ello son El chisme porque no puedes devolver el honor mancillado, la seducción y violación porque no puedes devolver la pureza del alma ni la castidad, el homicidio porque no puedes revivir a los muertos y así sucesivamente.  Debo aclarar que no todo homicidio es homicidio ante Dios. Podemos matar en defensa propia, en defensa de nuestros seres queridos, para proteger la vida de un extraño en peligro o en defensa de la patria. Pecado es derramar sangre inocente, la de aquel que ningún daño causa como un bebe en el vientre.

Finalmente debo decir que lo medites en tu corazón. Ir por allí repitiendo lo que no nos consta ni concierne no es chiste ni juego, juego es cuando todos los involucrados se divierten. Cuando alguien sufre mientras tu ríes es sadismo, además de morboso tiene carácter de enfermedad psiquiátrica y debe ser tratado además de sancionado. Esa lengua afilada y venenosa que esgrimes contra los demás acabara contigo mismo antes de lo que te imaginas. El chismoso siempre termina hervido en su propio veneno.

Como seres humanos vivimos de por y para el honor. Quien le arrebata a otros ese preciado don lo deja en peor condición que si lo hubiera asesinado. Y es que los seres humanos actuamos en función del honor. Por honor honramos deudas que no figuran en ningún documento, por honor nos casamos con la joven que acabamos de embarazar porque ella accedió a cohabitar con nosotros sin estar casada, por honor libramos batallas que no son realmente nuestras. Somos criaturas de honor y quien carece de él pierde nuestro respeto.

Quien me venderá a crédito si le han convencido de que soy deshonesto, quien se casara conmigo si cree que soy inmoral, quien me contratara si piensa que soy un inepto, quien creerá en mis palabras si le han dicho que carezco de conocimiento y cultura, quien me abrirá sus puertas pensando que soy un mal viviente; en fin quien me honrara si ante el mundo carezco de honor? Y estando en tal condición; acaso no sería mejor haber muerto?

Hay una  escritura en la biblia que dice:

Seis cosas aborrece Jehová y aun siete abomina su alma: Los ojos altivos, la lengua mentirosa, las manos derramadoras de sangre inocente, el corazón que maquina pensamientos inicuos, los pies presurosos para correr al mal, el testigo falso que habla mentiras y el que siembra discordia entre hermanos.  (Proverbios 6: 16-19)

Fíjate que ha planteado el chisme en cuatro formas diferentes y es que este es el pecado más grave que existe. Escuchar el chisme es tan pecaminoso como esparcirlo y causa el mismo daño en las victimas. Además aquel que te trajo el cuento se llevara de tu casa algo con que decorar tu honor ante los demás. Te destruirá con la misma impiedad que tuvo para con otros, ciérrale las puertas de tu corazón con tantos cerrojos como las puertas de tu casa. No pierdas tu tiempo en tratar de reformarlo le gente solo cambia cuando lo desea dentro de su propio corazón y su compañía será veneno para tu alma. Como dicen por ahí; el camino al infierno esta pavimentado de buenas intenciones. Huye antes de que sea tarde.
